You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to transact.
All prices are shown in USD and stored to the cent. An order is a binding offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock shortfalls, and will refund any charge in full.
Nova is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
