Account details (name, email), order and shipping information, and limited usage data. Payment card numbers are handled by Stripe and never stored on Nova servers.
To process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — send marketing. Transactional emails about your orders are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
We share data only with processors needed to run the store (payments, shipping carriers, email delivery, hosting) under contract. We do not sell personal data.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data from your account settings or by contacting privacy@nova.market. We respond within 30 days.
