Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Some categories (final-sale, perishable, personalized) are non-returnable and marked as such at checkout.
Start a return from your account under the delivered order. Once approved, we email a prepaid label; drop the parcel within 21 days. Returns are only accepted for delivered orders.
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was defective.
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
